Peppermint and Cacao Bliss Balls Recipe

Outrageously tasty and good for you, these Peppermint and Cacao Bliss Balls will fast become a family fave!



24 fresh dates, pitted

½ cup (80g) almonds

1 tbsp rice malt syrup

1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 drops peppermint oil (Wild Orange is also amazing!)

A pinch of sea salt flakes

½ cup (20g) toasted desiccated coconut



● Place the dates, almonds, rice malt syrup, oil, cacao and salt in a food processor. 

Process for 2–3 minutes or until the nuts are finely chopped and the mixture comes together.

Add the peppermint oil. 

Roll the mixture into balls. 

Roll your balls in the desiccated coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 22 delicious Peppermint and Cacao Bliss Balls.
